Cost of Treatment
We require all payment be made prior to services being rendered. The initial payment must include two weeks minimum of rehabilitation services. The costs of the treatment will vary with the needs of the client and, more specifically, with length of treatment. Typical cases run from one to three months, with the tapering of services in the latter weeks.

The program costs include weekly supervision, monitoring and updating the treatment plan, consultation with the treatment team, and contact with family members, if necessary. If the client does not live in Southern California, the client is also responsible for the travel cost of the rehabilitation specialist. In addition to the costs of the rehabilitation specialists, there is a variable per diem fee.
The initial assessment includes a 90-minute evaluation conducted by a licensed clinical social worker or Dr. Shurman, consultation with the treatment team, help developing a treatment plan, and referrals for outside services. If the initial assessment is in the offices of ISISrecovery, then there will be no additional travel costs. If the initial assessment is in a home, hospital, rehab or other setting in Southern California, there will be an additional $500 charge. If the initial assessment is elsewhere in North America, there will be a $1000 charge, plus the cost of travel. If the assessment is elsewhere internationally, there will be a $2000 charge, plus the cost of travel.
Treatment plan meetings (up to 90 minutes) may be necessary for some cases that involve more than weekly meetings with other members of the treatment team or with the family.
